Production Process

Uncoiling + Pretreatment

Alkaline degreasing and degreasing. Acid washing and rust removal are then performed to reveal the pure steel base.

Fluxing + Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Immersion in flux solution forms a protective film, followed by immersion in zinc bath at approximately 460°C to form the alloy coating.

Air Knife Control

A high-pressure air knife precisely blows across the steel strip surface, scraping away excess zinc bath.

Cooling

The coated steel coil cools and solidifies, forming visible zinc flower crystals.

Passivation Recoiling

Chromate or chromium-free passivation treatment is performed to prevent white rust. Finally, the finished product is oiled and re-coiled.
